As of 00:00 eve timer today, February 14, 2008. The alliance known as KOS is officially Disbanded.
Many of you hated us or choices we made in our past, some of you loved us even if it was just because we provided you with Targets, either way, I wish you farewell.
To the many friends I have made in my 2 years in KOS, I will miss you, and it will be very strange to not talk with each of you every day on teamspeak. I wish you all well, and hope to fly with at least some of you in the Future.

A while back KOS felt betrayed and Nap-ed enemies to pull out of a region, the former allies saw this as a betrayal,and in their own right, called KOS traitors. The truth of it all depends on which side you were on and how you saw things come down. either side is correct depending on your point of view

Not quite. We have been disbanding for the last 2 weeks.
Today was simply the last official day of KOS existance. since there were only 4 of us left in the alliance, it didn't make sense to try to keep going any longer.
Kos's disbanding had everything to do with the alliance being to damaged to repair, and nothing to do with any standings re-set. Goons waited until the end to re-set us. Just as they promised they would.
